Returns Policy

For a full refund, goods ordered from our website must be returned, unworn, within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that you keep all of our packaging materials and return the goods in the same condition in which they were received. All goods should be returned by secure and traceable delivery; please ensure your method of return is tracked and insured to the value of the purchase.

We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of returned items and will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. The delivery charges for the original order, its return and international customs duties are non refundable.

Breakages or Faulty Items 
If the items is of unsatisfactory quality, you need to inform us of within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We highly recommend to inspect the purchase before disposing of the original packaging.

Faulty Items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 30 days. All items will be inspected and if deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear, will not be accepted as faulty.
